Hydrapower Australia has been designing and manufacturing hydraulic earthmoving attachments in Brendale since 1981 — road profilers, stabilisers, trenchers, flail mowers, post hole borers, slashers, brooms and more, direct from our workshop to customers across Australia and overseas.

THE ROLE

This is a varied, hands‑on role sitting at the heart of our operation — managing spare parts, keeping our stores organised, packing and dispatching orders, and being the friendly voice our customers deal with when they need something. No two days are exactly the same, and for the right person there's a genuine path into sales down the track.

We're not hiring a resume. We're hiring a person. Character and attitude come first — everything else can be taught.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Managing spare parts orders and stock levels
- Receiving, logging and putting away incoming stock
- Packaging and dispatching small items and parts orders
- Coordinating local pickups and deliveries (driver's licence required)
- Assisting with logistics and freight coordination




- Handling customer enquiries over the phone and email with a great attitude
- Working with our team across the workshop and sales functions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The must-haves:

- Great attitude — this is non‑negotiable and more important than any qualification or experience
- Current driver's licence
- Someone who takes pride in their work and gets on well with people

Highly regarded:

- Manusoft experience — candidates familiar with Manusoft are highly encouraged to apply
- Experience in a parts, stores, warehouse or dispatch role
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hydraulics, general industrial components, fabrication or machined parts
- Logistics or freight coordination experience
- Robust phone and email communication skills — this is primarily a B2B role with minimal walk‑in traffic
