Are you passionate about quality food production and love working in a hands-on environment? Pure Gelato, Australia’s award-winning artisan gelato manufacturer, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Gelato Production Assistant to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the daily production of premium gelato and sorbet
- Operating commercial mixing and freezing equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining production areas and machinery
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Previous food production experience is an advantage (but not essential – training provided!)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
