Personal Care Worker - Community Care (Moreton Bay and North Brisbane)

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support veterans and their families in the community across the Moreton Bay Region .

About the role

- Community-based personal care in clients’ homes
- Casual hours across a rotating roster
- Paid travel between client homes during your shift

Your duties will include:

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, light duties)
- Medication prompting




- Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing
- Accurate documentation of care provided
- Adhering to infection control and safety procedures

To be successful, you will have:

- First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Assistance (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community care
- A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
