Arias Disability Care is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide in-home, 1:1 care for a high-needs participant in Raceview, QLD. You will assist with personal care, hoisting, meal prep, and daily tasks, ensuring safety and comfort.
Two workers are often required due to care complexity. Shifts range 8–10 or 8–12 hours; preferred times are 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 2:00–10:00 PM. Female applicants with hoist experience are strongly preferred.
