TriCare, a leading Queensland retirement and aged care provider, seeks a permanent part-time Maintenance Officer at Runaway Bay Retirement Community on the Gold Coast. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, grounds upkeep, pool and general cleaning, plus reporting duties within a supportive team setting.

Requirements include a minimum of two years’ maintenance experience, knowledge of MSDS and safety practices, and a current MR license for resident transport.
