Professional Full Time & Casual Drivers wanted for our Coach and Bus Fleet

Federation Tour Coaches has a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about driving and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be paid to travel to and see Sydney’s local and regional attractions from the luxury of your air-conditioned coach or premium bus. You would be the face of our operation, working independently whilst exploring new and different locations every day.

We have both full-time and casual positions available. Casual positions can be as flexible as you require, whether it be 1-5 days a week, 1-5 days a month, or just on a blue moon depending on your skills and experience. A casual position would suit someone looking for a tree change, someone transitioning to more flexible hours or even semi-retirement.

We’re not looking for your standard bus driver. In fact, experience is not even essential. We’re looking for talent. Individuals who have the skills and attitude to fit in within our tight-knit team, delivering the absolute best within the industry. We are well known for running the cleanest, most eye-catching vehicles with well presented, enthusiastic and professional drivers. Our drivers come from diverse career and personal backgrounds. Depending on your skills and experience, you’ll join our comprehensive training program that includes on-road peer support, commentary training and necessary license upgrades.

a high level of common sense and problem solving skills is absolutely essential. Equally as important is the ability to fit into our culture of true professionals. If you will only ever be fit for driving around in basic circles, whilst requiring everything defined and instructed down to the lowest common denominator, this is not the place for you. If you need a turn a map upside down to interpret it, or have never heard of Google Maps, this is probably also not the place for you.

What you need to Succeed:

Ideally reside no further than 30 minutes from Bellambi

If you already hold a minimum Medium Rigid License and Bus Driver's Authority you will hold a transparent advantage

If you do not have a heavy vehicle license, driver's authority or experience in heavy vehicles please include a Cover Letter highlighting why you would be suitable for training up for this role

Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident of Australia

Hold or be able to obtain a Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid License

Hold or be able to obtain a Bus Driver’s Authority

Hold or be able to obtain a Working With Children Check

Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Check
