City Cave Broadway is the leader in Float, Infrared Sauna and Massage therapies in Sydney. Nationally we're growing very strongly with over 70 locations.

About the opportunity

We opened our doors at City CaveBroadway early 2021 and due to ongoing strong growth have new opportunities available.

The role will suit people who love supporting guests through exceptional sales and service, ensuring the best City Cave experience.

- Face to face and phone based guest service and sales
- Overall operational control and performance of the Cave
- Retail merchandising and sales
- Complete daily and weekly reporting
- Administration and booking system Management
- Water chemistry, testing/treatment
- Respond to all guest feedback and enquiries promptly
- Ensure all facilities are in a clean, safe and operational state at all times




- Ensure that dress standards personal grooming are well maintained
- Assist with Social Media Content

About you

- Robust work ethic, punctual and reliable
- Clean and tidy appearance
- Ability to work in often fast paced environment
- Responsible and organised
- available to work minimum 25-30 hours a week
