To be successful for an interview please address how you meet the following essential criteria within your cover letter;

- Diploma in Early childhood Education and care or Certificate III in Early childhood Education and care
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification
- Current Working with Children Check
- Extensive knowledge on Child safety and paramountcy
- Experience in the Early childhood sector
- Ability to mentor and scaffold learning of educators within an Early Education and Care Setting
- Connection to the Alkira ELC Philosophy and demonstrated practices
- Your image of the child
- Demonstrate your understandings of The National Quality Framework, Education and Care National Regulations and Law and The Early Years Learning Framework.
