High Reach Forklift Operator – Day Shift - $38.23 p/hr (Leppington) (BH-39189)

The Client: An international brand specialising in Sportswear and Fashion clothing and accessories, state‑of‑the‑art automation centre located in Leppington.

Job Summary: The role is a 50/50 balance between high reach forklift operation, counterbalance forklift operation, and manual handling duties. You will operate high reach forklifts, conduct pick and pack tasks, and perform loading/unloading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate high reach forklift (up to 6 racks) for picking, replenishment, putaways, pallet consolidations, and online order picking via RF scanners.
- Operate counterbalance forklift for inbound/outbound work, receiving, dispatch, loading/unloading trucks and containers, docking tasks and pallet consolidations.
- Carry out manual handling duties such as picking orders, RF scanning, palletising stock, pallet jack work, and shrink‑wrapping pallets.

Schedule:





- Day shift: 6am – 2pm, Monday to Friday
- Pay: $38.23 per hour + superannuation
- Temp to perm chance after 3 months

Qualifications and Experience:

- High reach forklift operation up to 6 racks high.
- Putaway, replenishment and pallet consolidation experience.
- Counterbalance forklift experience.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Willingness to load and unload containers by hand.
- Pallet jack experience.
- RF scanner pick‑pack experience.
- Experience in an automated warehousing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent WHS knowledge.

- Full Australian Working rights.
- Commitment to an ongoing role as a temp‑to‑perm candidate.

Location Note: The Leppington site has no public transport access.
