Belgravia Leisure is seeking casual Lifeguards & Duty Managers for the peak season, October to March 2026, in Byron Bay. You will coordinate day-to-day operations with safety and high-quality service delivery, and engage with patrons of diverse ages to ensure secure, enjoyable visits.
We value energetic, outgoing individuals with strong communication, customer service focus, and safety awareness around water. Evening and weekend work is required, with potential longer hours during peak periods.
