Remedy Healthcare in Sydney’s Northshore region seeks a committed Community Remedy Registered Nurse to deliver hospital substitution care at home and in the community. This permanent part time role offers a 22.5-hour week schedule with a 7-day rostering pattern and daytime hours, no night shifts.
You will assess clients at home, manage medications including IV antibiotics via PICCs, perform wound care, and work with a friendly team to support clients and families across our home care network.
