Tasks and duties:

- Stacking, clearing and operating the dishwasher according to kitchen procedures
- Basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Hand washing items unable to be cleaned in the dishwasher
- Cleaning dishwasher and maintain a clean work area in the kitchen

About You

To be successful, you will:

- Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills
- Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Always demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, contribute to a positive workplace culture and supportive environment
- Willing to learn and develop your skills
