Optus is seeking a Technical Specialist - Mobile to join our National Field Operations team in Brisbane. You will be the local governance expert for the Mobile Assurance contract, driving quality, incident management, and end-to-end mobile service delivery across 3G/4G/LTE/5G environments.
You will lead WHS inspections, handle technical escalations, liaise with Tier 2/3 engineers, and contribute to the Field Centre of Excellence.
