Opal HealthCare is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our leadership team, delivering secure, high-quality, person-centred care at Belmore Place Care Community, supporting 51 residents.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the clinical workforce, governance, and operational performance while partnering with GPs, hospitals and allied health to achieve outcomes and compliance with Aged Care Act 2024 and AN-ACC.
