AECOM is seeking an experienced CAD/Drafting Lead to support major transport infrastructure projects across Recent South Wales. You will lead a team of drafters, ensure drafting quality and standards, and drive digital delivery workflows within the Highways design team.

The role requires 10+ years in drafting with advanced Civil 3D/AutoCAD skills and the ability to lead local and offshore teams in alignment with Transport for NSW standards. Hybrid work options are available.
