Cripps in Tasmania is seeking a Production Supervisor to keep our bakery operations running smoothly, safely and efficiently. You will lead the production team, monitor quality, safety and output, and collaborate with the Production Manager and Leading Hands to meet targets.
You will ensure HACCP and WHS compliance, support SOP training, troubleshoot floor issues, prepare rosters and records, and manage expenses.
