What Makes a Difference for Us

- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 experience in Orthopaedics or Surgical nursing (desirable)
- Clinical confidence, explicit communication, and a team-first mindset

- Able to work a 24/7 rotating roster including early, late, nights and weekends
- A calm, team-oriented approach in high‑pressure situations
