The Role

- Manage the end-to-end leasing process
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Process rental applications and complete reference checks
- Prepare tenancy documentation
- Support the Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio management
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in real estate (Leasing, Reception or Property Management)
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Qualified presentation with a positive, can-do attitude
- Eager to learn and build a long‑term career in property
