With continued growth and further expansion ahead, we are seeking experienced Repair Centre Managers to lead our sites across Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.

About the Role

As a Repair Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of your site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, developing and motivating a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors




- Driving team performance, productivity and engagement
- Managing workshop workflow to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe, organised and compliant working environment
- Managing site budgets, expenses and profitability
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring every customer receives a professional, positive and seamless experience
- Building a strong team culture aligned with CARe's values and standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience managing an automotive repair business, ideally within a high-volume workshop
- Solid leadership and people-management skills
- A proven ability to build, develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Sound commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and operational performance
- A passion for the automotive industry and delivering high-quality repairs
- A positive, hands-on approach and genuine enthusiasm for what you do
- A commitment to operational excellence, customer service and team success
- Australian permanent residency or appropriate working rights
