We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older Australians and veterans maintain their independence, safety and quality of life through practical, evidence-based intervention.

About Facilitate OT

Facilitate OT is a locally owned Occupational Therapy practice supporting clients throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

Our Directors and Clinicians work across a diverse range of funding schemes including:

- DVA

- Icare

- CTP

- Medicare

- Private clients

- Selected NDIS participants

- Aged Care

What could your role look like?

- Functional assessments within clients' homes

- Prescription of equipment and assistive technology

- Home modification assessments and recommendations

- Falls prevention and mobility assessments and intervention programs

- Supporting DVA, Privately paying, Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support clients

- Working closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams

- Managing complex clinical presentations with support from an experienced team

About you

- Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA)

- A genuine interest in working with older adults and veterans

- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel





- Someone who values quality, collaboration and person-centred practice

- Experience in DVA or aged care is highly regarded, but not essential

Essential Must-Haves

- Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy

- Current AHPRA registration

- Medicare provider eligibility

- Working With Children Check

- National Police Check

- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Remuneration is negotiable dependent on experience.
