Mountleap & Company is partnering with a leading national business in the Caravan & RV industry to appoint an Assistant Branch Manager for its Lansvale Branch .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail, automotive or customer service leader who is looking to broaden their management experience and develop towards a Branch Manager position.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in branch operations, team leadership, customer experience, showroom management and sales support, ensuring the branch consistently delivers outstanding business performance.

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

- Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operation of the branch.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Customer Service, Delivery and Head Office teams.
- Assist in achieving branch sales, operational and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Maintain a safe, organised and qualified working environment.

Team Leadership

- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to branch team members.
- Assist with onboarding, training and performance development.
- Foster a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture.
- Act as Branch Manager during periods of leave or absence.

Customer Experience

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.
- Professionally resolve customer enquiries and escalated issues.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the company’s service standards.

Showroom & Branch Presentation

- Maintain a high-quality showroom presentation at all times.
- Coordinate caravan displays and merchandising to maximise customer engagement.




- Prepare the branch for promotional campaigns, new product launches and special events.

Caravan Shows & Events

- Assist with the planning and execution of caravan shows and promotional events.
- Coordinate display vehicle preparation, transport, setup and pack-down.
- Represent the business professionally at exhibitions and community events.

Paint Protection Sales

- Introduce and promote Paint Protection products to customers purchasing new caravans.
- Clearly communicate product value and benefits.
- Support the branch in achieving accessory and protection product sales targets.

Sales Administration

- Assist with sales documentation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate customer delivery schedules with internal departments.
- Ensure accurate completion of finance, registration and delivery paperwork.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, automotive, caravan, hospitality or other customer-focused industries.
- Strong organisational and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.




- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM or business management systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a retail leadership roster.

Previous experience within the Caravan or RV industry is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from automotive dealerships, retail management, outdoor lifestyle products or similar industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
