Ironbark Financial Group is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our in-house HR team on a full time basis, with a hybrid work arrangement offering up to two days working from home each week and the remainder at our Margaret Street office in Sydney CBD.
You will lead recruitment support, create a positive onboarding experience, and maintain HRIS records while partnering with site leaders to optimise the employee lifecycle and ensure compliance across the organisation.
