IRT Group is seeking an Infection Prevention and Control Lead to provide clinical expertise and mentoring across Shoalhaven aged care sites. This fixed-term role (three days a week) supports Culburra, St Georges Basin and Sarah Claydon sites, with duties spanning policy development, training, audits and outbreak management.
The successful candidate will hold an AHPRA nursing registration (RN or EN) and orange-flag IPC training, plus solid communication and analytical skills to drive high IPC
