Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Exercise Physiologist (Level 3) to join the Community Palliative Care team based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. The role provides senior clinical leadership within the SLHD Palliative Care Exercise Physiology service, mentoring staff and supervising students while expanding services to outpatients and community-dwelling patients across the district.

You will deliver early intervention and exercise-based programs for people with cancer
