At School Plus, our Brisbane South educators have a dedicated home base service — a core team where you'll build real relationships with children, families and colleagues — plus the chance to support other services across the region when needed. About the role:

You'll work with school-aged children (5–12 years) in before and after school care, helping create an environment where children feel safe, heard and genuinely engaged. Day to day, that looks like:

- Building relationships with children and supporting their confidence and independence
- Collaborating with your team to plan and deliver engaging programs
- Maintaining a strong focus on child safety in everything you do
- Supporting other services across the Brisbane South region when required

About you:

We're looking for people who are passionate about working with school-aged children and bring energy, care and a positive attitude to everything they do.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Completed or currently studying towards a relevant qualification (preferred)
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check), or the ability to obtain one before commencement
- Experience working with children aged 5–12 years (desirable)
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport (highly desirable)
