We specialise in wills and estates, property law, commercial law and related practice areas. As our Sydney office continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to become an important part of our team.
What you'll do
You will work across a broad range of wills and estates matters, including:
- Estate planning, including wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian.
- Probate and letters of administration applications.
- Estate administration.
- Estate litigation, including family provision claims, contested wills and disputes involving executors and beneficiaries.
- Advising clients and managing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of our Sydney practice.
- Assisting with NSW conveyancing matters where experience permits.
What you'll bring
We're looking for a lawyer who has:
- 2–6 years' post-admission experience.
- Robust experience across wills and estates matters.
- Strong drafting and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- The ability to manage matters confidently and independently.
- A practical, professional and client-focused approach.
Highly regarded
- Experience in NSW conveyancing.
