About the Role

As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will work on a varied caseload across a range of personal injury matters while receiving ongoing mentoring and support from experienced practitioners.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing personal injury matters from commencement through to resolution
- Advising and representing clients across a range of compensation claims
- Preparing correspondence, pleadings, applications, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and gathering evidence to support client claims
- Negotiating settlements and, where required,



representing clients in court proceedings
- Building strong and trusted relationships with clients, medical professionals, barristers, and other stakeholders
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of our personal injury practice

Areas of Practice

You will ideally have experience in some or all of the following areas:

- Public Liability
- Workers Compensation (State and Federal)
- Motor Vehicle Accident Claims
- Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Claims
- Income Protection Claims
- Life Insurance Claims

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Australian Practising Certificate
- A minimum of 2 years' post admission experience in Personal Injury Law
- Strong technical knowledge of personal injury legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Solid drafting, research, and analytical abilities
- A proactive and solutions focused approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive, team oriented attitude and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
