Crafty Apes is seeking a Senior Digital Matte Painter to lead the creation of complex, high-resolution environments from our Sydney hub or remotely within Australia. You will mentor junior artists, collaborate with directors and VFX supervisors to define look and feel, and drive effective workflows across the pipeline.

Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio, 5+ years in senior or lead matte painting, and deep knowledge of Photoshop, Maya, Nuke, and camera projection techniques.
