Tradewind Australia is seeking a Family Services Case Manager to support vulnerable families with children aged 0-17. The role is 0.7 FTE, part time, fixed-term to 30 June 2027, based in Glen Waverley (Vic) with one day a week work from home.

You will provide case management, assessments, strengthen parenting capacity, and collaborate with The Orange Door and Protective Services, delivering strengths-based, home-based support.
