HMG Hardchrome is seeking a trade‑qualified Fitter/Machinist to fill a permanent Machine Shop Leading Hand role in our Large Line within the Production Department. You will lead by example, coordinate daily workflow, and support a busy workshop to deliver secure, efficient, and high‑quality outputs.
You will report to the Production Supervisor, drive safety compliance, monitor progress and quality, and help maintain a positive, productive team culture in Brisbane’s Pinkenba workshop.
