Partner IT, a Wollongong-based MSP, is seeking an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Support skilled to join our growing team. You will act as the first point of contact for client requests, handling day-to-day IT issues and Microsoft 365 support within a supportive MSP environment.
You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, email, and networking basics while supporting Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
