Join a leading Aged Care provider as a Registered Nurse in one of their facilities in NSW - positions available in Central Coast, Newcastle or the Hunter region

The role

- Provide person-centred, evidence-based care to residents in a residential setting
- Deliver preventative, curative, restorative, palliative support to residents and their families
- Conduct assessments, gaining data which can be used to develop plans of care

Requirements

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- NDIS clearance
- BLS certificate
- Robust clinical skills - ideally within Aged Care
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
