A Little Bit About the Role...

As a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Parramatta , you'll play a key role in the daily success of the store. You will:

- Lead and develop your team -coaching, motivating,



and building a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Kathmandu's values.
- Bring a customer-obsessed mindset -delivering exceptional service and turning outdoor enthusiasts into loyal brand advocates.
- Drive operational excellence -managing stock, visual merchandising, store standards, and daily processes to keep everything running smoothly.
- Use strong commercial awareness -understanding KPIs, sales targets, and local trends to drive performance and maximise results.
- Champion the outdoors and sustainability -embodying our purpose and inspiring customers through authentic passion for adventure.
