The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a world-class client experience within a fast-paced, fashion-led boutique. You will build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their style and preferences to deliver a personalised and memorable luxury experience. Working within the National Flagship, you will contribute to a dynamic and high-energy team environment, driving sales through clientelling, styling expertise, and a solid understanding of the brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities





You will deliver a premium and personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards while achieving and exceeding individual sales targets through a styling and client-focused approach. You will build, maintain and grow a strong client base, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty through effective clientelling and follow up. In addition, you will maintain strong product knowledge across collections and seasonal launches while supporting visual merchandising standards and the overall presentation of the boutique.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in luxury fashion retail, ideally within RTW or accessories
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a premium environment
- Strong clientelling skills with a passion for building long-term relationships
- Trend awareness and a genuine interest in high fashion and styling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume flagship environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
