The Telecommunications Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Switchboard and Telecommunication Services. These incorporate PABX/VoIP/Spectralink telephone services, MIE (Message Integration Engine) and Paging services, emergency communication and general telecommunication policies and procedures development and training.

Up to 12 allocated days off each year in addition to annual leave.

Selection Criteria:

- Relevant qualification and/or experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader role.
- Relevant qualification and/or experience with Telecommunications technology.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a busy Switchboard environment.
- Ability to carry out and assist in developing emergency/disaster procedures.
- Sound knowledge of computer software packages.
- Demonstrated ability to work a 24 hour rotating roster undertake on call responsibilities.




- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 licence acceptable), and/ or willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
