We are currently seeking a Full‑Time/Part‑Time / Casual Customer Service Specialist who can work 2–5 days per week , including potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications & Experience
- Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
- Responsible, reliable, and accountable
- Solid ability to work both independently and within a team
- Availability for 2–5 working days per week , including weekends when required
- Ability to work at Warringah Mall or Bondi Branch
- Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer phone enquiries
- Assist Mandarin‑speaking customers with transactions and enquiries
- Process and file customer documents
- Complete customer requests and assist with account reconciliation
- Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
- Perform daily transaction data entry and bank reconciliation
