Fleur Studios is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Advisor to handle complex customer matters across online and in-store touchpoints. This hands-on role works closely with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver a premium service aligned with the Fleur Studios brand.
You will manage Shopify and Gorgias workflows, support preorder management and inventory communication, and help scale processes, reporting and loyalty initiatives.
