As part of that journey, we're seeking a Tax Partner or Director to help shape the future of the practice.

What You'll Be Doing





- Advising clients on complex tax matters and strategic opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with business owners, investors and senior stakeholders
- Contributing to the growth and development of the tax practice
- Supporting and mentoring emerging talent
- Collaborating with advisory and finance leaders across the broader business
- Identifying new service opportunities and market needs
- Helping shape future service offerings and practice strategy

About You

- CA, CTA, CPA, Lawyer or equivalent qualified qualification
- Senior leadership experience within public practice, professional services or specialist advisory environments
- Strong technical tax capability
- Commercial mindset and client-first approach
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships
- Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to help build something meaningful
- Existing network or market presence highly regarded
