BizCover is seeking an IDR & Compliance Specialist in Sydney.
You will own end-to-end complaints handling (IDR and EDR) and drive continuous improvement while supporting compliance risk management across RG271, GICOP and AFSL obligations.
Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, you will liaise with insurers, underwriting agencies and internal teams, conduct root-cause analysis, and contribute to regulatory returns and data reporting.
Hybrid role in Sydney.
