BlueCare in Gatton is seeking a Personal Carer to deliver in-home community care across Gatton and surrounding areas on a permanent part time basis. You will visit clients in their homes, support daily living activities and promote independence.
You will hold a Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, be licensed to drive, and use smartphones and tablets to document care plans. The role includes travel, adherence to care plans, and participation in a friendly, not-for-profit organization
