About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our teams across multiple venues at Sydney International Airport T3 . This position is offered on a casual basis, with potential opportunities for permanent full-time roles .

This is an exciting prospect to support daily operations in a fast-paced airport environment, leading a team and delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

- 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food & beverage or restaurant operations.

- Proven ability to lead and support a team of 5–10 employees.

- Passion for delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a lead-by-example attitude.

- Sound knowledge of food safety and RSA requirements.

- Flexible availability across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork.
