Moray & Agnew is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its specialist Compulsory Third Party (CTP) team in Perth on a permanent full time basis. You will work closely with the CTP Partner, leading and shaping the team while handling high‑value defense work for major insurers.
In this role, you will draft considered advices on liability and quantum, develop proactive claims strategies, and drive files forward with a commercial focus.
