COLAS Australia is seeking a Legal Counsel – Corporate M&A; to join our ANZ legal team, based in Macquarie Park. You will provide strategic and commercially focused legal support across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and other growth initiatives, working with senior executives, finance teams and external advisers.

You will lead due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, manage regulatory approvals and post‑completion integration.
