Mulherin Precast is seeking an Operations Manager based at Yatala.

Oversee tendering and forward projections.

Coordinate activities up to 20 plus precast workers to achieve planned daily production

Be responsible for the manufactured products quality and specifications

Train and up-skill current and new workers

Participate in setting up new projects: mould assembly and formwork

Storage and assessment of consumables, tools & equipment, and raw materials

Your skills and capabilities will include:

- In-depth understanding of fabrication drawings
- Understanding of specifications and tolerances

Your background would include:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role with proven experience and ability to lead staff
- Co-ordination of staff and well developed people skills
