About the Role
This is a key leadership role responsible for the clinical,
operational and financial performance oof two small 25 bed facilities in Regional NSW. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across both facilities
- Lead, mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical teams
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation
- Drive a strong culture of person-centred care and safety
- Manage budgets, occupancy and overall site performance
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment and staff capability
- Manage clinical and operational risk effectively
To be considered you will have:
- RN with current AHPRA
- Minimum 2+ years Aged Care Facility Manager experience
- Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
- Solid financial and operational management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Calm, solutions-focused leadership style
- National Police Check
