Description
Fixed Term Part Time Coordinator Role.

Responsibilities
- Bring the fun to life with activities across sport, creativity, and exploration, and design holiday programs.
- Create an inclusive environment that supports all children, families, and your team.
- Attend and contribute to school events, assemblies, and partnership meetings.
- Manage health needs, including medicals, health management plans and behaviour management plans.
- Keep families in the loop with regular communication and build strong partnerships.
- Ensure risk management and compliance across the program.
- Develop and regularly update the service’s Strategic Inclusion Plan and Quality Improvement Plan.
- Train, mentor and develop your team.
- Attend fortnightly training sessions and the annual Coordinator Conference.
- Make every child feel safe, seen, supported, and celebrated.
- Support children in their routine tasks, including food preparation and cleaning duties.
- Manage administrative duties, compliance and staff development.
- Report to and be supported by your Area Manager.
Permanent Shifts
Monday to Friday
After school care: 2:30pm-6:00pm
Total: 32 hours 30 minutes a week
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, organised, and loves working with children.
- Has strong customer service skills and builds positive connections with families, schools, and the community.
- Shows initiative and can thrive in a busy environment.
- Communicates clearly and engages positively with others.
- Has experience in OSHC, teaching, sports coaching, school camps or similar.
- Can lead a team and manage daily service operations and admin tasks with confidence.
You have
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s (or studying towards) in Education, Early Childhood, or an ACECQA recognised qualification such as Youth Work, Community Services, or Primary/Secondary Education.
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willing to obtain).
- Child protection training and strong knowledge of child safe standards.
- Familiarity with My Time, Our Place framework and National Regulations.
