Southport Sharks is seeking a highly organised Purchasing Officer for a full-time, Monday to Friday role based at Southport Sharks on the Gold Coast. You will manage purchasing, receipts, and stock control across multiple departments and work with the Executive Chef and operations teams to align stock levels with business needs.
You will bring experience in purchasing/inventory, strong Excel skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and build robust supplier
