We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected residential agency in Brisbane's northern suburbs seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join their successful team.

Your Day-to-Day

- Assisting with listing and selling residential property
- Managing buyer enquiries and follow-up
- Conducting buyer inspections and open homes
- Prospecting, database management and lead generation
- Preparing sales campaigns and marketing material




- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Supporting negotiations through to settlement

About You

- Previous residential real estate experience (Sales Associate or similar)
- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, proactive and career-focused
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
