HLA Australia is preparing for the opening of our new Chatswood store, and we are looking for several friendly and reliable Retail Sales Assistants to join our team.
Both part time and casual positions are available.
HLA is an international menswear brand offering modern, practical and affordable clothing. As our retail network continues to grow in Australia, this is a good opportunity to join the team at an early stage and develop with the business.
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will help provide a welcoming and professional shopping experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with product selection
- Providing basic styling, sizing and product advice
- Operating the POS system and processing customer payments
- Replenishing stock and maintaining product displays
- Receiving, organising and transferring stock
- Keeping the store clean, organised and presentable
- Supporting promotional activities and daily store operations
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures when required
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers
- Reliable, punctual and willing to take responsibility
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Interested in fashion, menswear or retail
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications
- Available to work a flexible roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
