Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic university trained Early Childhood Teacher with experience as an Educational Leader? This current position is available at our Bolwarra Centre where you will work closely with the Nominated Supervisor in leading our team in educational program and practice and facilitating the implementation of the service vision and philosophy. We are committed to embedding the Child Safe Standards and maintaining an environment that promotes the safeguarding of all children. As an Educational Leader Early Childhood Teacher in our services you'll play a vital role in promoting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children alongside our dedicated team. The role of educational leader will see you support and mentor educators and children, research and plan career development tailored to the educators in the team, plan and implement critical reflection forums, collaborate on the service quality improvement plan and self assessment and guide the direction of future planning and programming. We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor degree or equivalent) - 5 days per week - 38hrs (negotiable for part time). Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities

- To be considered for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification and have Educational Leader experience.
- You should possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, Child Safety Training, Child Protection training and First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Your passion for Early Years learning and development should shine through, aligned with Tillys’ values of professionalism, high‑quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play‑based learning.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Child Safe Standards is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected to maintain a high professional standard.
